How do I schedule an appointment?
Please call us at 907-714-4726 to schedule an appointment. A referral can be helpful, but is not required. If you have a relationship with a local primary care provider, please request a referral to our center. Once we receive the referral, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you are new to our community or traveling through – we also welcome you. If you are interested in an appointment for diabetes education only, a referral from your primary care provider is needed.
What conditions do you treat?
Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Uncommon Types of Diabetes, Post-surgical Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and other disorders of blood sugar regulation.
Can I do telehealth visits?
Yes, we offer telehealth visits.
What if I need help obtaining my medication?
Please contact our office 907-714-4726 so we can help you get the medication you need. If our office is closed, consider calling your primary care provider’s office or call the your pharmacy for an courtesy supply of your medication.
Can you help me obtain or manage an insulin pump?
Yes, we are very experienced in this area of diabetes care and can help you make the decision that best fits your needs.
Would I benefit from getting a continuous glucose monitor?
Wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a great way to see how your blood sugar fluctuates in real time. Please ask our providers about the use of this technology at your next visit.
